Our story
In 2015, Hamza Çelik opened the doors of Eetsalon Parkwijk with a simple vision: serve honest, tasty food that brings people together. What started as a small eetsalon has grown into a beloved local spot where neighbours grab a quick bite after work, families share a meal, and everyone leaves satisfied.
We blend classic Dutch eetsalon culture with Turkish flavours – because good food knows no borders. From our signature kapsalon to fresh-baked lahmacun, every dish is made with care and quality ingredients.

We're not fine dining – we're "it's 21:30 and I need something warm and powerful". Our staff moves quickly, our service is efficient, and our food hits the spot. A few tables inside for those who want to stay, but most grab their order to go. Bright, clean, and always welcoming.

Hamza is the heart and soul of Eetsalon Parkwijk. Born in Turkey and raised in the Netherlands, he brings the best of both worlds to the kitchen. His philosophy? Treat every customer like family, and never compromise on taste.
