When you purchase a gift card from us, the following additional terms apply:

• Validity: Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiration date is shown on the card or in the confirmation email.
• Redemption: Gift cards can be used in our physical shop (Spoorbaanpad 95, Almere) for any products we offer. They cannot be exchanged for cash, but any remaining balance stays on the card for future use.
• Lost or stolen cards: Treat your gift card like cash. If you lose a physical card, we cannot guarantee a replacement. For digital cards, keep your confirmation email safe.
• Refunds: Gift cards are non-refundable, except as required by Dutch law.
• Payment: Payment for gift cards is processed through our website. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

6. Ordering and pricing

We strive to ensure that all prices and descriptions on our website are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered (including gift cards), we will inform you and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. Prices are in Euros and include VAT where applicable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eetsalon Parkwijk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or any products purchased.
